Jamaica Wells & Services Limited, founded in 1970 by James R. Simpson (Chairman) and Monica V. Simpson (Company Director). This small yet dynamic Company has grown over the years and now is considered Jamaica’s premier Well Drilling Company, with hundreds of successfully constructed wells. Jamaica Wells & Services Limited has raised customer expectation and has brought professionalism and distinction to an otherwise haphazard field.

Jamaica Wells & Services Limited is the only contractor listed with the National Contracts Commission (NCC), with a grade ONE rating in Well Drilling. We are also the only certified well drilling Company in Jamaica with accreditation from the leading governing agency in America, the National Ground Water Association (NGWA).

We design and supply to specification vertical, horizontal and submersible pumps, motors, and electrical starter control systems and are the distributor for the leaders in the Petroleum, Power, Mining, Water Resources and General Industry markets such as Flowserve Pumps, Ingersoll-Dresser Pumps, Byron Jackson Pumps, Durco Pumps, Worthington Pumps & Ruhrpumpen. We also supply submersible cables, water meters, check valves, pressure control, pressure reducing, pressure sustaining, slow opening and closing valves. We also represent SymCom Motor Saver, Portacel Disinfection Systems & Johnson Screens.

We are well equipped, with the latest and most advanced well drilling equipment in the industry, the Foremost Dual Rotary DR24. With its unique design and capabilities we are able to offer all these services in the following applications:

We also have for hire the only two 1,170-cfm at 350-psi Air Compressors in Jamaica as well as our 21 ton, 100 foot boom Crane Truck and because we recognize the importance of water, we offer a 24-hour emergency response services to our valued customers throughout the island.
